Answers to some common questions.

How do I know if it is an account you will do?
If you can go to a web site and be presented with a login screen to check your e-mail, then this is a web-based e-mail account and we will attempt to get the password.

How much does a password cost?
While this service has no set rate - I do have a minimum I will accept. This service is worth different amounts to different people. I encourage you to go ahead and fill out a request form and put down what you feel is fair. Please do not put more than you are willing to pay just to try and get my attention - and please do not put down a very small amount just to try and get me to tell you my minimum. If I feel you are sincere we can probably work something out - and the description of why you are needing the password is key to telling me how sincere you are.

How do I know you really have the password?
Once I obtain the password, I will notify you that I have it along with a screenshot of the inbox. I can also do one of the following:
1. Provide you with information from their profile such as name, location, and birth date.
2. Send you a mail from that account with a message or code of your choice.
3. Copy you an e-mail from that account that you (or someone else) has sent them recently.
What I wont do.
I will only prove to you that I have access to the account. I will not prove that there is certain information in that account that you are looking for. Some past clients have refused to pay once I got access because there were no e-mails in the account from/to John or Jane. I will not guarantee that you will find the information you are looking for - I will only guarantee you being able to access that account (based on timely payment).
ESS cannot get lost passwords, accounts of deceased people, or inactive accounts.

Will you do more than one account?
Yes. I will attempt to get multiple passwords for you. A separate request form must be filled out for each account. This service is based on a certain price for each password. If you request 3 passwords and I am only able to get 2 of them, you only pay for 2 of them.

What if the password changes after you give it to me?
Many people who have something to hide are paranoid or suspicious and change their passwords often. I cannot be responsible for this. If you have made every attempt to get access to the account on a timely manner, then I may try and get in again for you at no additional charge - but this is solely at my digression. In most cases, you will have to fill out another request form and make payment again as if this is a new request.

How long will it take to get the password?
The time it takes is based off of how often the subject checks their e-mail. Since I must send them an e-mail that has to be opened by them, it is solely dependent upon how long it takes them to open it. I have gotten passwords back in a matter of minutes to 3 months later.
